A Step By Step Brain Stimulation & Integration Program
For Moms-To-Be, Newborns, Babies & Toddlers
Much of the brain’s wiring does not happen until after birth. In the first months and years of life, brain cells form connections in many parts of the brain. These connections are the complex circuits that shape our thinking, feelings, and behaviors. Experience and stimulation during the first years of life profoundly influence intelligence, creativity, language development-and even later reading and math skills.

What happens during these early years will influence a child’s personality, academic ability (maths and languages), sports ability as well as any learning difficulties and or behavioral problems that her or she might develop.

By 12 months, the brain has grown to 50% of its adult size

WHY BABY & TODDLER BRAIN GYM?
The early years are full of opportunities for movement and play ensuring optimal brain development, but we as parents sometimes miss these opportunities. We will never be able to reverse the time or make-up those early years. Baby Brain Gym & Toddler Brain Gym, therefore offer parents / care givers the opportunity to follow a step-by-step baby and or toddler brain stimulation & integration program.

Through this programme we wish to enable parents to stimulate their children, done through co-operation between the body and brain: The eyes for sight, the ears for listening, the nose for smelling, the taste sense for tasting and lastly our sense of feeling, to ensure that we make the most of ourselves.

Classes are held weekly

• Pregnant moms can start before babies are born
• Learn a new technique, every week, to stimulate baby's senses, brain and muscles
• Ensure that you do your best in ensuring optimal brain development
• The programme has been developed in line with research conducted by psychologists, educational experts, neurologists & childcare experts.
• The programme encompasses brain gym movements for brain integration and development, the teaching of encyclopedic knowledge, music & art appreciation & education.
• Moms will also benefit from doing the Brain Gym Movements.

AGE GROUPS

• Pregnant Moms
• Moms with newborns to 15 month olds
• 16 months – 2 years
• 2 – 3 years
• 3 – 4 years
• 4- 5 years

CLASSES
Classes are held weekly at various locations throughout Dubai.
