Home/Office / School Trainer
Super Sports offers convenient fitness training programs for stay-at-homes and busy executives. We will schedule appointments to suit you, allowing you to receive the best workout possible in the shortest amount of time, at a venue
you choose! All appointments are an hour long, and include weight training and flexibility exercises. Fro, AED200 per session.
Wedding Trainer
This program is a holistic approach to strength and cardiovascular training. This is a fun and energetic way to get the body you desire, while enjoying the outdoors. Each workout is designed to suit your current level of physical fitness and your future goals. Resistance training, agility, cardio-vascular endurance and flexibility are included. From AED100 per session
Adult/Group trainer (3+ students)
Do you have a special event coming up and want to get into shape fast? Lifestyle Fitness Solutions will design a custom workout schedule. (resistance/strength training, cardiovascular, stretching and flexibility) You will enjoy your special day looking slimmer and feeling healthier. Whatever your occasion, we will help you look and feel your best. From AED150 per session
Weight Loss:
Focusing on body fat reduction. The entire body will be tightened and toned. Target areas for women include the hips, thighs, buttocks, and arms, while for men we target the abdominal region. You will loose body fat, and also improve your health.
Body Sculpting:
An all-around fitness program will be designed, based on your current physical condition. This package includes a diet, a fitness analysis, a personalized workout routine, weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and a suitable diet.
Cardiovascular:
Designed for all levels of fitness we focus on increasing endurance and stamina through many types of cardiovascular excercises. Flexibility is also a focus. Great for distance runners and cyclists.
Sport Specific:
We will create a program that focuses on strengthening sport-specific movements. Whether you’re a
competitive or a weekend athlete, a program is specifically designed for you needs.
Body Building:
Utilizing weight training and nutritional schedules to create a competitive muscular physique. We focus on periodization, or phases of muscle growth and body fat reduction with strict diet schedules. Previous weight training experience is essential.
