Adults (19yrs & over):       AED125/- ($35)
Juniors (18yrs & under):    AED75/- ($21)

ENTRIES CLOSE
The Wednesday before the respective race.

06h00 - Registration and Warm Up
07h00 - 8km Race
08h00 - 4km Fun Run / Walk
09h00 - Prize Giving and Lucky Draw

RACE CATEGORIES & AGE GROUPS: (Age Groups are calculated as per your age on the last race of the Series)
8km – male and female - 18 years & Under, 19 to 39 years, 40 to 49 years, 50+ years & Over
4km – male and female - 8 years & Under, 9 to 12 years, 13 to 18 years, 19 years & Over

RUN RULES
Keep to the right hand side of the run path at all time - run in an anti-clockwise direction.
8km = 2 laps pf the course.
4km = 1 lap of the course.
You must have your run number visible on the front of your body or race clothing and keep it visible at all time when on the run course.
Your upper body must be covered at all times on the run portion of the race.
Shoes are compulsory.
No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling is allowed.

WATER STATIONS
These will be supplied by the organisers and feature at 1 station on the Run course as well as at the finish line.

RACE NUMBERS
To be collected on the morning of the race when registering.

PRIZE GIVING
The Race presentation will take place as soon as possible after the final Race.
Full results will be on the Super Sports websites as soon as possible after Race day.
Finishers medals will be awarded to all who finish each race.
Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, per Age Group, will be awarded per race along with Lucky Draw prizes.
Overall Series winners, as per the final Series Rankings, will be awarded trophies and valuable prizes from associated sponsors after the conclusion of the final Race in the Series.

RANKING SERIES & POINTS
Every runner who completes a respective race will receive Ranking Points as per the table below.
Rankings will be available for all age group categories as well as overall winners of a race
These points will accumulate over the 5 races and contribute to an overall individual ranking position as per the events you competed in.
Upon the conclusion of the Series, only the top 4 results will be taken into consideration for the Final Rankings and Prize Giving Ceremony.
Runners need to compete in a minimum of 3 races to qualify for a ranking position, Final Rankings and prizes at the ceremony.
Any competitor wishing to change from one race distance to another during the season, will only have 75% of their Ranking Points and Lucky Draw Entries carried over to the race category they competed in the most times or the longer distance they competed in if races competed in are the same number of times.
