SPECIAL TIPS FOR ALL!
The RUN will take place first and then be followed by the SWIM
Bring a towel to mark your transition area, preferably distinctive so you can find it amongst everyone else’s!
Socks are optional but if you are not sure if your feet may blister then wear socks!
Lay out goggles and any other clothing on your towel so you can put them on quickly when transitioning from run to swim.
If you are female and wearing a swim suit it may be good to wear tight shorts (such as bike shorts) over your swim suit and then pull off the shorts when transitioning from run to swim.
