Super Sports Tennis offers the most action packed tennis program for juniors and adults in Dubai - catering for all ages and abilities when it comes to lessons, tournaments, leagues, competitions and events.
JUNIORS
Initially students will be assessed and placed into various groups with other students of a similar age and ability so that they may not feel intimidated when doing the various exercises. Students will be divided into BEGGINNER, INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED groups – giving them the best opportunity of developing at their own pace.
Lesson Types:
• Daily at any associated venue
• Private, semi-private, private groups or groups
• Ages 4 to 18
• From complete beginners to advanced tournament players
Beginners
Age Group: all students
Player / Coach Ratio: 4 / 6 : 1
Duration: 45 / 60 minutes per session
Cost: from 55dhs per session per pupil
Programme Includes: Ball throwing, catching and co-ordination excercises to improve hand-eye co-ordination and footwork. Introduction and application of various tennis strokes and grips to be used – statically and then dynamically when hitting the ball. Fun tennis related games incorporating the various techniques learnt in the lesson.
Intermediates
Age Group: all students
Player / Coach Ratio: 4 / 6 : 1
Duration: 45 / 60 minutes per session
Cost: from 55dhs per session per pupil
Programme Includes: Introduction to short tennis rallying from between the service and baseline, more advanced ball feeding drills than for beginners for all strokes, emphasis on footwork, grips and racket head control, depth and directional hitting as well as scoring. Fun tennis related games incorporating the various techniques learnt in the lesson.
Advanced
Age Group: all students
Player / Coach Ratio: 4 : 1
Duration: 60 minutes per session
Cost: from 65dhs per session per pupil
Programme Includes: Advanced ball feeding drills for groundstrokes from the baseline and vollies at the net, developing of rallying skills from the baseline, understanding the concept of various spins to be placed on the ball, introduction to matchplay situations focusing on tournaments, concerntration, confidence and anticipation. Singles and doubles matchplay.

Super Sports has a full adult tennis programme including private and semi-private lessons, competitive league playing teams, some very social sessions for the not so competitive player and many tournaments throughout the year.

Adult Social Matchplay Sessions:
Sunday Mornings - Ladies Doubles
A social morning of fun filled ladies doubles tennis for intermediate to advanced levels. As long as you can serve consistently and have a good understanding of how to play doubles, you are more than welcome to join us on these mornings. No bookings needed!
